My order went in on 20 April. I accepted that in the difficult circumstances of lockdown delivery would take longer than usual. I was told up to 21 days. It has been 28 days and no sign of any delivery. All e mails get an automated response saying that it could take up t 21 days. No answer when trying to phone them despite the automated message saying that someone would respond in 15 seconds. Al in all a very poor service.
