Flowers were not delivered on the designated day for my GF's birthday, but rather a day late. The ones they delivered were not at all the ones I ordered (way worse, and way fewer). When I submitted a complaint their customer service did nothing, and so far getting a refund has been impossible. It's pretty clear that the company I got the flowers from is are scammers - nearly every other review (over 200 of them) of that florist on bloom nation's own site says the buyers received essentially the same treatment as me (or worse). Scammers!
