“This review is a follow‑up regarding a Christmas centerpiece ordered through Bloomnation and fulfilled by Flowers by Manny.
My best friend in Miami, Florida sends me a Christmas centerpiece every year for our Christmas dinner. This year, the order appears to have been placed through Bloomnation and, based on the description, was likely the Christmas Wishes Centerpiece in the large size.
Unfortunately, the arrangement was disappointing from the moment it arrived on December 17, 2025. Several of the red roses showed visible frost damage and never opened, and some of the green chrysanthemums and baby’s breath were already dead upon delivery. In addition, the centerpiece looked noticeably different from the product photo shown online, both in size and overall presentation.
For clarity, the photos attached to this review were taken recently, not on the delivery date. However, the flowers already showed clear quality and freshness issues when they arrived, and their condition continued to deteriorate over time.
This experience was especially disappointing because I had read many positive Google reviews for Flowers by Manny and hoped for a similar result. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect what others have described.
Given the quality, freshness, and lack of accuracy compared to the product listing, I was surprised to see Flowers by Manny listed as a premier flower shop on Bloomnation. Based on this experience, the arrangement did not meet reasonable expectations for the price or for Bloomnation’s stated standards.”

I was pleasantly surprised and relieved to see a picture from both the florist and my relative that looked so much like the sample picture, I had to compare the pictures side-by-side.
