I ordered almost a $300 order for a friends birthday. It was apparently delivered at 11:30pm. When I asked about the order and delivery. Immediately they passed me to another person who was not helpful. And they acted like there was nothing they could do. As long as their delivery person said it was delivered at 11:30 at night while my friend slept. They almost acted like it was my friends fault for being asleep at 11:30 at night. And they acted like there was nothing they could do like no refund. Awful awful.
