I ordered birthday flowers for my wife three days ago. I received a notification on my phone that my money was refunded no phone call no email no contact whatsoever so I contacted their customer service and have not heard back. Today is her birthday so I had to order from another florist and hope the order gets there before she gets off, do not use this company a complete waste. I see they rated so poorly everywhere. I wish I had checked the reviews before I ordered.
