“Ordered an expensive bouquet and box of chocolates. Paid extra to have it delivered on a specific day (anniversary). Because he never got an estimated time of delivery, at around 12pm on my anniversary (no flowers/chocolates), I asked for an update. I was told between 5pm-7pm. I thanked them and went on with our day. Here I am at 7:37pm and just got an email saying they missed our delivery. I’d have happily gone out and bought some if I’d known I was taking a chance of them not following through.
Avoid this “business” if you can.”
“Yeah... like others on here, I wish I had read the reviews before ordering through them. I paid the extra $10 for delivery before 2pm since my wife leaves her job at 3pm. It did not arrive and there were no updates. I called and got ahold of some very nice customer service people who said they would check on the order and refund my extra $10. Since it was not going to arrive while she was there, I told them to just reschedule the delivery for the next morning, which they did.... Only that didn't happen and the flowers ended up getting delivered later the same day, so no one was there to receive them. I gave them 2* instead of 1 because they did deliver it the same day, just.... poorly.”

Was on a phone 3 days in a row, they assured my flowers would get delivered and nothing was.

“I ordered birthday flowers for my wife three days ago. I received a notification on my phone that my money was refunded no phone call no email no contact whatsoever so I contacted their customer service and have not heard back. Today is her birthday so I had to order from another florist and hope the order gets there before she gets off, do not use this company a complete waste. I see they rated so poorly everywhere. I wish I had checked the reviews before I ordered.”
“Cant find any tracking. I emailed. They’re taking their sweet time emailing me back. It says same day delivery. That didnt happen as my only option was for the next day. Its the next day and my girlfriend is expecting a suprise and now i have a mad feeling. I spent 100+ on a medium bouquet of flowers and a box of chocolate. Don’t bother calling them because they will state their email and then end the call. I expect yall to take care of this asap by the end of the day or i will let everyone know not to do business with you guys. Ill be waiting.”
“Never delivered, got a groupon for $20 but once on the page it said it needed to be a $50 purchase so I had to add more things to actually add on. I spent around $70 for a bouquet of flowers 🌸 that I wanted to give her but nope that didn’t happen. I lost on getting my money back groupon. The refused me a refund because company never gave me a receipt of refund. Still waiting On a refund from BloomsToday that stated to be returned to my account 5-7 business days!! 👎🏽 BTW the employee that answered to my call was very dry and rude.”
“can yall tell me why you lied about attempting to deliver my order, lied about leaving a tag, never once called me, told me to call back when youre closed, and still didnt deliver my flowers!! Im very angry. My order still has yet to be delivered. (1 day later)”
