It works well to reduce my chronic pain. I wanted something which reduced pain without getting high or losing any control, these do just that. It has helped me live a more normal life than having to deal with constant pain from fibromyalgia and disk herniation. I would and have already recommended these to people I know who need a good pain relief and wind down at the end of the day.
