“I loved this company, they always had great affordable bud, unfortunately now when you order even when using a credit card you have to pay with PayPal and they charge you a processing fee of $7.18 even though you have to pay a service fee with you CC also Not impressed”

“i been ordereing for a year now & never had a problem. good & affordable w33d that ships to qc (which is really rare). ive ordered from flowers to w4xpens to psych3delics to a cbd headache remedy that actually works, without tylenols. ive always been satisfied with their products. express & discret delivery too”

“Good luck making a payment. I cannot make payment with either of my credit cards due to some weird glitch with their site. Both credit cards are in good standing. Paypal doesn't work either. I made successful payments before with interact when placing orders with credit cards didn't work, and now they no longer take interact. The problem started last year, and despite using their customer service nothing works.”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! While the products are good, the customer service is anything but. I've personally spent $1000 at Bloom and have recommended it to many friends. On my last shipment, my order was flagged by Canada Post for fraud - for reasons that are still not clear to me and no details have been provided. I reached out to Bloom and they told me to keep waiting. A week after the package didn't arrive I opened an investigation with CP. Bloom said - in writing - that once the investigation was closed they would reship me my package and resolve the issue. The investigation was closed and then Bloom all of a sudden says to wait for 3 more days. I ask why, they provide no answers. It's now been over 2 weeks since I was supposed to receive my package and CP has confirmed they will not ship it. CP says that Bloom must contact them to resolve it, Bloom refuses. They won't put you in touch with a person and won't provide any answers besides sit and wait. They also REFUSE to issue a refund so I can go buy products elsewhere. The customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE and I really caution anyone thinking of ordering from here. I for one will be taking my business elsehwere and strongly suggest you do the same.”

“I would stay away from this company because it will take five days to receive your products since they only use standard delivery service through UPS. See the message I received today… Thank you for getting back to us. Based on our research, the shipping label was created on October 3rd, but the package was handed over to us on October 6th, which can cause delays in the delivery. Our system shows that it is a UPS Standard service; the standard service may take longer than usual since it has up to 5 business days to complete a delivery. We recommend you keep tracking on ups.com for the latest updates. -”

“They show all the different credit card companies that you can pay with and then at the end of your order direct you to e-transfer only. Then they send you an email saying your payment did not go through. Pay Now. Very shady to say the lest!!”

“I’m really disappointed. This is the second time I’ve ordered from your store and the quality just wasn’t there again. The 28g of Lemonade Sativa I got looked burned and the smell/taste was terrible. The 14g of Papaya Indica had the exact same issue. Both were basically unsmokable. When I reached out before, I was only offered 20% off my next order. I don’t think that’s fair considering the state the products arrived in. At this point, I’d just like a full refund instead of a discount or credit.”
