“Ordered a bottle of micro dose mushroom capsules and received an open bottle with only 2 capsules instead of 20. Contact was made and was basically called a liar. Thanks for that AMANDA! they are doing nothing to correct. Buyer beware ! Disappointed!!”

“My order came and 2 of the 3 gummies appeared to be melted in a single blob. This was in the middle of a Canadian winter. Support was no help. Told me to eat them anyways and estimate the dosage. No refunds or exchanges. Horrible service.”

“The second you have any kind of issue prepare to be completely ignored or brushed off. I asked about the same thing multiple times never getting an answer, lucky to even get a response. The response of course never answering the actual question I asked. Then 2 weeks later my account can no longer connect to support chat period, but if I log out magically it works again. These people actually banned my account from being able to get help. After I've spent thousands of dollars in the past year alone with them this is how I'm treated the first time I ever have an issue I needed resolved. Oh and if you ever want to review a product on their site, if your review is under 3 stars they remove it from what I've seen. This happened with my review and another guy's review above mine who also didn't like what he got. Then a week later when I looked again not only had my review still not gone through, but his was removed as well.”

“The express shipping was over 12-14 days and still no package of $155.00, worth of product. Due to Canada Post strike they shipped through UPS, I have gotten 6/7 different shipping updates changing this delivery. It has been over 12 days and still no product!! Bloom Supply says not there issue as they have no control over shipping!!!So I am just out $155.00!!! Put in a investigation with UPS but could take another 14 days to resolve this, if at all!!! I am on a fixed income and cannot afford to buy $155.00 worth of product again, or until I get the money back!!! I feel this is unacceptable and the disregard or lack of concern from Bloom Supply has lost me and many of my friends as customers!!!”

“Wouldn't bother buying from them until after the postal strike is over if you are expecting express shipping. Not only did they lie about which courier service they were using (was told it would be sent via Puralator, instead they sent it via UPS) it was sent as a standard ground shipment instead of express...so basically instead of being sent on an air plane, it was sent in a truck, and UPS absolutely disrespects tf outta of their domestic ground packages so I will be shocked if it doesn't come damaged (I know this from experience from having previously worked for the company...never ship anything via UPS ground).”

“Awful experience. Customer service is brutal. I ordered weed that I can't even smoke because it tastes like chemicals. I've been a daily smoker for 20 years, tried so many strains and I never had anything that tasted like this. It's like your smoking axe body spray. Sent an email and they were no help”

“After reading the review I was excited to try the microdosing calm . I took 1 first day I felt nothing the second day I took 2 still nothing . These are a waste of money . Would not recommend buying . After taking to customer service about getting a refund all they would give me is 20% off my next purchase. Why would I buy anything else from this site . Going to try the guy on Instagram. He has way better products THIS SITE IS A SCAM BEWARE”

“I ordered some edibles to help with sleeping; quite liked them. I didn't like to pay for shipping but reluctantly placed another order. The very next day they had a Canada Day sale for 25% off. They wouldn't give a credit or even a coupon for my next order. Not the greatest way to do business. There is a lot of competition out there but I guess they don't care.”

“Buyer beware total scam. It says it has a return policy. Bloom supply return policy total fake fake phone numbers fake gmails just a total rip-off I trusted them and went in big hoping to get good product till I retire unlimited funds got pot that looks like it's 10 years old. Went to try to return it and they tell me they don't have a return policy. Send them a picture. I told them just go and look up Bloom supply return policy. Fake phone number fake Gmail. We so dead it crumbles to powder”
