The second you have any kind of issue prepare to be completely ignored or brushed off. I asked about the same thing multiple times never getting an answer, lucky to even get a response. The response of course never answering the actual question I asked. Then 2 weeks later my account can no longer connect to support chat period, but if I log out magically it works again. These people actually banned my account from being able to get help. After I've spent thousands of dollars in the past year alone with them this is how I'm treated the first time I ever have an issue I needed resolved. Oh and if you ever want to review a product on their site, if your review is under 3 stars they remove it from what I've seen. This happened with my review and another guy's review above mine who also didn't like what he got. Then a week later when I looked again not only had my review still not gone through, but his was removed as well.
