The express shipping was over 12-14 days and still no package of $155.00, worth of product. Due to Canada Post strike they shipped through UPS, I have gotten 6/7 different shipping updates changing this delivery. It has been over 12 days and still no product!! Bloom Supply says not there issue as they have no control over shipping!!!So I am just out $155.00!!! Put in a investigation with UPS but could take another 14 days to resolve this, if at all!!! I am on a fixed income and cannot afford to buy $155.00 worth of product again, or until I get the money back!!! I feel this is unacceptable and the disregard or lack of concern from Bloom Supply has lost me and many of my friends as customers!!!
