I found these to be too strong for my normal day to day as a person that is new to micro dosing, but I can say that they immediately removed all of my anxiety that I have been struggling with for a couple years now.. I didn't realize how much the anxiety was effecting me until it was gone. I need to find something similar in maybe half the dose until I get used to it.
