On a suggestion, I tried it and have been using it for two weeks. Best sleeps ever in my 68 years. No groginess in the morning. Totally replaced nightly Ativan use for decades. No withdrawals and much better sleeps. While taking Ativan I would be up 4 or 5 times a night. Now just once. So relieved and 😊 Thank you
