I have been enjoying this product for several months. They are delicious! I ingest one caramel before bedtime and it truly helps me sleep better. When I'm feeling anxious, I take one and it helps to relax my body and mind, without giving me a head buzz. This product is excellent and I high-ly, no pun intended, recommend it to helps with sleep and anxiety.
