After recommending these products from the chat person they won't accept a return for a better product even though nothing is opened. The bud is old and dark colored , very dark. They sent a text to me saying it's the lowest quality bud they could find on the market. They didn't tell me that when they recommended it to me . Pathetic way to do business. Waste of my money big time. It looks so bad I don't even want to open it. Shame on you people for even stocking such a bottom of the barrel product , you are what you sell
