Firstly, horrible customer service and customer support team. My order was supposed to be delivered today in the morning between 9 am to 12 pm, which did not happen. Secondly, if it was on an infinite hold meaning the company did not want to fulfill the order, the company doesn't even convey that message to the customer. Thirdly, when I call the customer support team in the afternoon, your team doesn't know the status and ensures they will call back in 5 mins which never happened. Next, when I called again after three hours, they kept LYING TO ME about random emails/messages sent to me which were never received. Nobody takes accountability of not fulfilling the order or even conveying that message forward. Lastly, when I was horribly tired of arguing about those lies and knew the order won't be fulfilled on the said occasion/date, I asked them to refund my amount. The reply received is that I will have to email the company for cancellation and refund (no option on site for cancellation/refund) or even your team can't do that if the option is unavailable.
