“I was a repeat customer of Bloomsvilla, which used to provide satisfactory service. This year, however, they took my order, but did not deliver on Mother's Day. The excuse was disruptions in the flower supply. They promised to deliver later. I wrote twice to them, to deliver the original order, or items of equal value or refund my money. They assured me each time that the order would be delivered, which has turned out to be an empty promise. It is now 20 days after the original delivery date and there has been no action from them.”

The order was placed specifically for Mother’s Day and the website allowed me to select a delivery slot during checkout. Despite accepting the order and payment, the flowers were not delivered on the promised date and are still pending even after 5 days.
At this point, delivering flowers after Mother’s Day completely defeats the purpose of the order. Repeated responses saying the order will be delivered “shortly” are not a meaningful resolution for a time-sensitive occasion.
If the company was unable to manage the delivery volume, orders should not have been accepted with slot selection and delivery commitments.
Very poor customer experience and highly disappointing handling of a special occasion order.”

The lack of timely notification is unacceptable, as it prevented me from making alternative arrangements. As a result, the occasion the gift was meant to celebrate has been ruined.
Offering an alternate delivery or a gift card does not address the fundamental problem—the failure to deliver the gift on time for the event it was intended for.”

If your logistics team was truly trying their "best," why wasn't this issue flagged and communicated before the scheduled delivery, or even shortly after the order was placed? It is completely unacceptable that I wasn't notified earlier so I could have made alternative arrangements. Your delay has effectively ruined the special occasion the gift was intended for.
Neither an alternate delivery nor a gift card resolves the core issue—the failure to deliver the gift on time for the event it was meant for.”
