“My order number was : BV24234336. We find the quality of the fruit very poor. Bananas were ripened.
The order did say exotic fruit as well but we found none.
The delivery was promised 3 hours after order but was delivered almost after 8 days. Next day, BloomsVilla said that the destination address was not provided, then how come order placement was successful without any destination address? Poor management and poor professionalism.
When I requested for refund since order was not delivered on 8th day, they immediately delivered it. What does it shows? Were you waiting for customer’s message? I genuinely did not wanted the service after 8 days. It ruined the gesture I wanted to show to my father after he got discharged from the hospital.
On top of that, delivery note was spoken to the recipient, it was supposed to be written on nice paper or card and delivered along with the fruit basket. What a mockery.
The packaging should have been in cane basket as shown in picture but turned out to be in cardboard box which was not aesthetically appealing”
