“Pathetic service . I’ve sent 10 emails about canceling the order as the flowers were mean for mother day and were not delivered because I was advised an address is missing which is in acceptable . No one is taking the responsibility or the ownership of the inbound emails and keep asking me for an address update. I have explained clearly to cancel the order as it defeats the purpose if the flowers are sent now . This company should work on customer service skills and hire better staff who understand the importance of corresponding during peak days like Mother’s Day or any other occasion . Flowers are very rarely sent in a random day . Take the escalation seriously and act in it to refund the money back”

I previously had a great experience with Bloomsvilla, but this time has been extremely disappointing. I placed an order on May 11th for delivery on May 12th. After multiple emails, I finally received a response on May 14th stating that the order had been delivered, though I never received anything.
They then offered me a gift card and suggested canceling the order. I clearly stated that I neither want to cancel the order nor accept a gift card, I simply want either a refund or my order delivered. After asking for my address and order details again, they came back two hours later saying the order is "on hold."
At this point, I’m completely confused by their handling of the situation. This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.”

“I had placed an order with Bloomsvilla (Order No: BV24229319) for a gift pack to be delivered on 12th May 2025 between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Unfortunately, even after multiple follow-ups and email reminders, the gift has still not been delivered.
Their customer support has been unresponsive and unclear, and I’ve received only automated replies without any real update. This gift was meant for a special occasion, and the delay has caused a lot of disappointment.
I kindly request Bloomsvilla to issue a full refund immediately or deliver the gift within 24 hours. If not resolved, I will be compelled to file a formal complaint through the National Consumer Helpline and Shopify.
