My son Dipinder jit Singh from Canada has ordered 4 gifts for her mother on mothers day.Two items were delivered and remaining two are missing. No member of team is responding on tollfree. One person named James was on line 25th May .He told that operational team will be in touch . Nothing happened. We want refund of our money, compensation for harasment and mental agony.
I have ordered a rose bouquet on 13 February They promised to deliver the order same day between 0900-2000. The order tracking doesn't work. Nor do they answer their phone.
