“They are cheats...I selected my deliveries and gave the address, basis which they showed the costing. I paid, order was accepted. It was an anniversary occasion. They did not deliver and 'contact us' phone number was also not functional. It reflected badly on me. Now I have been chasing up on mail to refund and they are refusing even that. They say either pay extra and we will deliver..which has no meaning as the occasion is long gone..the other option is they deduct some amount and do a partial refund. This is the way they are making money...not be honest deliveries..please do not use them. Have raised this on other social media platforms as well, awaiting response from them”
