Ordered a bonsai plant, but Bloomsvilla failed to deliver it beyond the committed time. Instead of fulfilling their promise, they offered a flower as a replacement—seriously? To make matters worse, they deducted money before issuing a partial refund, despite the failure being entirely on their end. How is this even legal?
On top of that, I had to follow up umpteen times just to get any response. Their customer service is non-existent—no accountability, no effort to resolve issues, just excuses. Looking at their Google reviews, it’s clear that this is a pattern, not a one-off mistake.
Avoid at all costs! There are far better, more reliable alternatives out there.
