Extremely horrible experience the fast few times I ordered through them. The order was not delivered. I ordered a cake for mother's day and it never got delivered. The company accepted to refund, but they charged me Rs200 for cancelling the order. They say its company policy, but I don't understand why I am getting penalized when they messed up my order.

Really bad service..a cake was ordered for my bday through this website still didn't receive it!! Wht kind of service is this??? Waited for the cake for the whole day! I recommend not to order for here 😕 has experienced the same last birthday too but atleast the order was delivered 😑😑

Pathetic service . I’ve sent 10 emails about canceling the order as the flowers were mean for mother day and were not delivered because I was advised an address is missing which is in acceptable . No one is taking the responsibility or the ownership of the inbound emails and keep asking me for an address update. I have explained clearly to cancel the order as it defeats the purpose if the flowers are sent now . This company should work on customer service skills and hire better staff who understand the importance of corresponding during peak days like Mother’s Day or any other occasion . Flowers are very rarely sent in a random day . Take the escalation seriously and act in it to refund the money back

Thank you Bloomsvilla for the awesome service. I have arranged flowers from overseas, a couple of times to give my condolences to friends and family. They have delivered the flowers to them, helping me to convey my feelings during their difficult times. Appreciate your work and service.

I had ordered flowers for Mothers Day last week. The tracking details falsely claim that the order is delivered but no delivery has been made and when I asked for refund they just respond saying that the flowers have been delivered. Don't get scammed by this website. They only take your money but don't deliver.

I even dont want to give a star!!!!!!! I previously had a great experience with Bloomsvilla, but this time has been extremely disappointing. I placed an order on May 11th for delivery on May 12th. After multiple emails, I finally received a response on May 14th stating that the order had been delivered, though I never received anything. They then offered me a gift card and suggested canceling the order. I clearly stated that I neither want to cancel the order nor accept a gift card, I simply want either a refund or my order delivered. After asking for my address and order details again, they came back two hours later saying the order is "on hold." At this point, I’m completely confused by their handling of the situation. This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.

Worst experience, My family ordered cake for my birthday as birthday gift on 12th may. We still haven't received cake and we sent multiple mails and complaints . But they haven't responded and didn't even refund our amount. I wish I could give negative rating.

Worst experience with Bloomsvilla. I don't recommend it to anyone; it is a Dodgy company. I ordered a Mother's Day gift with same-day delivery, but I received no response for two days, even after sending multiple emails. I told them to cancel my order and ask for a refund, but then they delivered it in poor packaging. I can't imagine. I wish I could give you 0 star. Waste of my time and money.

Extremely dodgy company, no one is bothered that order is not delivered despite taking the money. Despite trying to contact them for delivery and later on for refund, not a single communication from their end. Will suggest everyone to not even think about ordering anything from them. Pathetic customer service and service in general.

I had placed an order with Bloomsvilla (Order No: BV24229319) for a gift pack to be delivered on 12th May 2025 between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Unfortunately, even after multiple follow-ups and email reminders, the gift has still not been delivered. Their customer support has been unresponsive and unclear, and I’ve received only automated replies without any real update. This gift was meant for a special occasion, and the delay has caused a lot of disappointment. I kindly request Bloomsvilla to issue a full refund immediately or deliver the gift within 24 hours. If not resolved, I will be compelled to file a formal complaint through the National Consumer Helpline and Shopify. Extremely dissatisfied with the service and lack of professionalism. I do not recommend this platform to others.

Wrong order delivered, i have ordered a personalised mug with photo but only a very basic white mug received that too without photo. Also, i ordered card for mother’s day and received card for birthday. And delivery happened next day of the event. No one is available to contact, no replies on the emails. Worst purchase ever.. !!!

I ordered Tulips bouquet worth 2,700 for my Mom on the eve of Mothers Day as they are her favorite flowers and this is the first time I am gifting her tulips but the flowers never got delivered. I am feeling really sad. Please don't cheat people like this.

Very very bad site to send online cakes or other gifts for your loved ones. They don't send, then they don't respond in customer care. I lost my money and a important day of my loved one. Don't ever visit this site. They are cheats.
