This is a fraud Company (or whatever) and it's only business is to cheat and rob people. They also have misleading information of their website.
They accept the orders, agree to the delivery timeslots and don't deliver the orders within days.
They would also not give you any reason for their failure.
On top of it, if you would like to cancel the order after their inability to deliver it, they would charge you for that as well.
So, basically you are trapped and paying for their inefficiency.
The listed phone number on their so called website doesn't work and they have pathetic customer service. You keep on following up and they will not respond to your emails or if they repond at all, there will certainly be no resolution or help rather sheer waste of your time and energy.
They are trained in mentally harassing people and such companies (not sure if it actually is a company) should be blacklisted for the greater good.

“This is fraud company. Don't believe on them. I ordered for the 31st December. To date, i haven't received any confirmation regarding delivery. Following up via email on January 3rd, I received a response stating that my area is too distant from their distribution center and that an additional 500rs fee is required.
This is unacceptable. The company accepted my order, implying an agreement to fulfill it. Demanding an additional fee after the order was placed constitutes a breach of this implied agreement. I find this practice highly misleading and fraudulent.

“I booked flowers and cake and paid Rs 1259 for delivery on 16dec24, which according to their website would be done by 12 noon. Until 5 pm no seliywas done so I reached out to them. At 8 pm a cake (in Ferns and Petals) box was delivered with HALF Message on the cake. Flowers not delivered at all. I'm following up for refund but they ibsist that delivery has been done. “I had ordered a bouquet delivery for 18th December to Mangalore. The order was confirmed and after 4 hours i received a mail from them saying i need to pay rs. 300 for delivery as the location was in the interior where as the location was almost on the highway. I saw the mail at around 11 pm. And the delivery time was 8 pm that day. Next day i asked for refund and they said they will deduct rs. 200. I wish I could give ZERO stars to this sham of a flower delivery company. They cancelled my order at the last minute, leaving me stranded and ruining an important occasion. To add insult to injury, they had the audacity to not refund my money!
Their so-called "cancellation charges" policy is the most ridiculous and unfair thing I’ve ever seen. Why should I be penalized when the product I ordered was unavailable due to THEIR incompetence? This company is blatantly exploiting its customers, and their lack of accountability is appalling.
