“The website said the location is available of order, and so I ordered it and paid the price. They are mailing me after 2 day of the delivery date, that the location is not available for service. They mailed them for refund several time and and they mailed that they have processed the amount and it will take 5-10 days, this is 15th day of that mail, and no refund received yet. I also asked them for a ss or a proof of refund but no response.”
“I have booked a dryfruits platter as gift to my VIP. First of all the delivery was done very late.( in the night), that too it was all together different (very low quality simple platter) from what was shown in their website. They do not have customer care phone also.”
