Firstly my order was forgotten. When I sent a reminder they hurriedly delivered a v horrible bouquet that did not even look like my pic. I really wished they could have talked to me and delivered a proper one tomorrow rather than doing this shabby job.
You just ruined it for my brother.

“I was in a haste to order online for the first time without knowing anything about Bloomsvilla. Since the website was easy to navigate, had good selections of specialty cakes, and easy payment transaction process even if I am based overseas, it was a quick online transaction. Shortly after finishing my online order, to my horror, there are a lot of negative reviews I've read about them. I quickly sent them an email and got worried if the site was a scam. I did not expect my order to be immediately delivered although their confirmation notice said that the cake would be delivered in a few hours. Still, I was worried the second day but waited patiently. They replied to my email twice to give me an assurance and explain a bit about the delay. I was happy that the item was delivered within 24 hours, although late already for the occasion. The cake was a bit of a turn off from the photos taken by my friend because it looked much much better on their website. But since my friend in Tumkur was happy and said it was a nice and tasty mango cake, I think overall, my experience with Bloomsville is average. I think they rely on their external partners and since they serve multiple locations they have no much control over the performance of their partner bakers and delivery people. They could improve on their quality standards.”
“It appears that they don't know their flowers or the art of making tasteful bouquets.they lack experience and professionalism and it shows in their products. It lacks class but they charge an exorbitant amount, fleecing customers.why run a business if you don't have your basic supplies/raw materials ready? Stay away from these guys. Not worth your money and time.”

Not only did the the cup not arrive on the same day, it has been two weeks since then. Neither have they responded to any queries, neither have they responded to the cancellation requests. “Please do not order anything from this website ever. This is a SCAM with fake phone number and fake customer care. I ordered flowers for Mother's Day but they were never delivered. I lodged an online complaint with no outcome at all. upon continuous emails and phone calls they sent me an Email after 10 days that the delivery was completed, and this case is closed. they stopped replying as I asked for delivery proof.”
“SCAM Website, They didn't deliver on the specified date & time, after delivering late there was one item missing.
I have been following up on the missing item from past 10 days there is no proper reply, no one responds on their live chat, no one takes the Call.

“I placed an order on 23rd May for the first time for a 50th wedding anniversary and it never got delivered nor did they ever respond. Pathetic service with zero answer to phone calls, emails and a chat box which reads 'will reply immediately'.
At-least they should be sensitive to the message - its a pity
Refund of cash is requested - obviously when there is no delivery, cash has to be refunded as this is no charity.”
“They will accept the order and will not deliver, after that they offer you gift code for the payment you have made, but that gift will never come to you from them .
Customer service is terrible pathetic they never response your call, they have chat process but not to reply you . They do not have time to reply your emails . In one words when you are placing the order after making the payment you have to keep your self ready to accept that you have spent the money to orphanage who has no money to feed their Childs”

“Ordered cake for Mother's day which was not delivered on Mother's day and then when it got delivered a day after it was a rotten cake.
Reached to customer care for refund and they will not issue a refund and not even address your concern.
