I had placed an order with Bloomsvilla (Order No: BV24229319) for a gift pack to be delivered on 12th May 2025 between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Unfortunately, even after multiple follow-ups and email reminders, the gift has still not been delivered.
Their customer support has been unresponsive and unclear, and I’ve received only automated replies without any real update. This gift was meant for a special occasion, and the delay has caused a lot of disappointment.
I kindly request Bloomsvilla to issue a full refund immediately or deliver the gift within 24 hours. If not resolved, I will be compelled to file a formal complaint through the National Consumer Helpline and Shopify.
Extremely dissatisfied with the service and lack of professionalism. I do not recommend this platform to others.
