Horrible customer service. Only informed me on the morning of the delivery that the arrangement I bought was not available. They then went to the wrong address. The flowers have still not been delivered forget about trying to have them delivered in the timeslot I paid for. The pictures I was told I would get have not come. Horrible horrible horrible service!
