Pathetic. First they put my order on hold saying recipient not answering the call. Even assuring the recipient is available and location shared is precise they insisted until they answered the call. It was supposed to be a surprise but they killed it as I had ask them to call. The order delivered had vase completely damaged and they never replaced it. None of them care to respond on the replacement. This was my first and final order from here.
