I ordered premium flowers bouquet for my parents 80th birthday. I stay in US After offering tli spoke to them and they assured that it will be delivered. To my surprise they sent me a message at 1 am my time that the flowers are not available and asked me to choose an alternate.when I woke up in the morning it was 6 am pst and 6:30 pm ist. I was shocked and called them and no one responded to thie message or calls . I felt cheated and they ruined a big occasion.
