First they didn't deliver in time, and one hours after the delivery time they call and say that I need to pay Rs 150 extra or they won't deliver the order, so I asked them if I would get a refund on cancellation? They said yes and so I told them to cancel it. 5 minutes later, they call me and say that I need to pay 200rs to get back my 600rs or I won't be getting a refund, just a gift card.
