Such a pathetic customer care and service.i ordered 2gifts and wanted to cancel it due to date issue.i contacted them 2 days before the delivery date and requested for a cancellation.even asked them to charge whatever cancellation amt they want.still these people r very adament and told me those gifts will be delivered on that particular day itself.i told them they will be leaving India today ngt itself and so delivering their gift after 2 days is useless.even tried to call the customer care but of no use.i am very much disappointed with these people.never try to fall in their ads and order anything from this site.
