BAIT I made an order after inputting the pincode. They said the product is available. After the order is placed, and payment is made they say the product is not available and they will replace it with an additional Rs 150 for delivery even though while placing the order it was said that delivery is free. The other option is to cancel with Rs 200 or 10% cancellation fee whichever is higher. Or get a gift certificate on their website with cancellation fee waived. Either way your money is stuck. The customer service number did not connect me for a full 10 minutes the first time. When I finally got to a customer care executive, they put me on hold indefinitely. I had to be on call for over half an hour and then they hung up without solving the issue. TLDR: They bait to get your money then you are stuck. Customer service is pathetic. I've attached the screenshot of all of the above. Extremely unprofessional, I know I won't be ordering from them again.
