Paid online for a cake on 24th feb. Website said that the cake would be delivered on 25th feb 2022 between 8am to 12pm. Received a call at 11am asking for payment of 250Rs as additional delivery charge. I Paid that amount immediately as I did not want the delivery to be delayed. Unfortunately it was not been delivered at all. Tried calling their no. Was put on hold for over half hour. No response from Bloomsvilla.
