My mother in law passed away suddenly and I wanted to send a bouquet of white roses to my father in law before I could reach home from overseas. I paid $1700 for this and what was delivered was white carnations in a small glass. This whole flower arrangement could be lifted with one hand, while the picture on the website showed a beautiful bunch of roses. When we called them, they said carnations are more expensive than roses. No refund. You aren't fooling anyone. In my grief I ordered flowers without first checking your reviews and you took advantage of that. Terrible operation. Shame on you.
