I ordered a Mother’s Day bouquet together with a cushion, with the resulting invoice indicating delivery on 8 May, Mother’s Day.
As of writing, 10 days later, Bloomvilla still have to Deliver the flowers. Today, the cushion was delivered separately, without context
- much to the mystification of the recipient.
My outreach to Bloomvilla has not resulted in any insights. They simply said that they had a rush around Mother’s Day (which they should have expected!)
And that they cannot give a refund as “clearly spelled out”.
I have ordered from many suppliers in the past - this will not be one I return to.
