They are pathetic, i booked an order yesterday i.e. 02.06.2022 to deliver a bouquet on 03.06.2022 with early delivery option (by 9:00 AM). I paid extra for the service. At 10:00 AM their reply is that "product is not deliverable". No one even bother to pick the call. No reply on automated message service. It's a nightmare. Strongly recommend to avoid such nonsense service provider.
