After reading other reviews now i understand that one more bad review is not going to make any difference to this company because they must have got used to ignoring all complains and yet they dont want to improve anything. My first order was never delivered and i was given a gift card instead of that. When i used it the flowers sent to my mother for her birthday were in pathetic condition. As if the flourist wanted to throw them in dustbin instead they delivered it to my mother. It was so embarassing for me to send such flowers. These people have no value for anyones emotions. I got a lesson for life. Always check google reviews before ordering from an unknown website. This company is totally untrustworthy
