I ordered flowers and cake from Bloomsvilla portal for 8am-12pm delivery. I followed up and was able to reach out customer care in 3 attemps and got to know that delivery will happen around 12:30pm. In the evening I see the email from them that delivery is on hold as they are not able to reach the given number and address. I send them the alternate number and google maps link for the address but with no success. Their phone line is just time killing machine. At the end of day I gave up and asked them to cancel the order. I am not even expecting the refund as my day is already spoiled. If there were negative stars possible, I would have given that rating.
