Ordered flowers and a cake for my husband's birthday with chosen delivery time to be between 8 to 10 AM. When nothing happened I called them at 11AM. I was told that there is a delay and I will receive my order around 12 noon. I did not receive the delivery and my calls were not answered. The cake was ordered for our luncheon with friends and family. Eventually I had to get another cake to cut. Eventually the delivery happen at 6.30 PM once all our guests had left. The flowers were not in a very good conditions. The stems had gone soft and the other layer was peeling off. Not worth the 700 something for the 10 stems I paid. A very disappointing experience. I would not recommend them in the least. The only reason I've rated 2 stars is that I received the order eventually and on the same day unlike a lot of the other reviews.
