If there was option for 0 review I would choose that. I have ordered rakhi on 8th august. It is 23rd august today. Raised 4-5 complaints with same monotone answer that it will take 2-5 business days. My Occassion has ruined and they claim to deliver within certain time window. They need to know that in these countries people live alone and they leave for work on time, that’s why people put specific time to receive the parcel. Pathetic company. Worst customer service. I was told 4 days ago that I will get an update in 24 hour, still nothing. I hope they will deliver my rakhi next year. I tried to call them and was on waiting for one hour and then call disconnected. Useless, unethical, unprofessional, liars
