I ordered a Rs. 2999 bouquet of pink oriental lilies for my mother to be delivered for her birthday yesterday. She recorded a sparse bouquet of yellow lilies that have already browned and gone limp in under 24 hours. I am very upset and horrified with the terrible quality and the blatantly incorrect and cheaper product that was delivered. How can I get a refund please?
