I bought a condolence gift after the death of my father-in-law to be delivered at Kolkata, India. In the order I provided phone number and address. The company never delivered the item and provided a false reason saying that no one was available at the delivery address. I know for certain that the whole family was present at the house, as is very usual after any death in the family. The company also did not call the number in the address to check for delivery time or attempt. THIS IS A COMPLETELY FRAUD COMPANY, DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM
