Today, i ordered some gift on the occasion of valentine's day but i really got disappointed with this service because my ordered item didn't delivered till now even after paying the extra payment for the reason of price surge on valentine's.
When I tried to raise a complaint through website so i got the mail that it will take around two working days to look into this matter.
Please explain and ans me why did you charged extra if delevery was not possible through your company?
I want my product today in any case or condition or I'll post a feedback directly on tweeter.
