Emailed them, no response. The chatbot on their website becomes unresponsive the moment you want to track the order. Unprofessional is too kind a word - they very systematically cheat people by never delivering what people paid for. And this isn't a small order - it is worth Rs. 3,000. If all these negative reviewers filed a mass suit against them for fraud, Bloomsvilla would have to shut down their website and go bankrupt.
