Spent ~Rs. 3000 for flowers which were never delivered. This company has the audacity to charge a Valentine's Day Surge price as well. Their contact # is never reachable. The complaint section is a joke. The bot is useless. The tracking order feature still shows "assigned to delivery team". Yes I should have been more careful but this level of fraud is unbecoming...
