It is a fake account created to loot others in a jamtara kind of fashion. They do not provide any services for the amount charged. Complaint tokens do not have any ticket number and there is no way to get a refund for products and services they haven't rendered. They send you fake delivery messages and only give you mental anguish.
It is truly a fake site and they are a scam business. I don't know why is nobody taking any action and closing such scam businesses.
