I ordered & paid for flowers+teddy+chocolates from Bloomsvilla for 24/March/2023 and they delivered only flowers & teddy. On contacting them they gave a flimsy excuses of delivering the chocolate through their courier partners which never happened till this date. They are unreachable on phone ; the online support is unresponsive and their customer service tries to give wrong reasoning with no help. Overall i feel cheated ordering with Bloomsvilla
