I placed an order on 23rd May for the first time for a 50th wedding anniversary and it never got delivered nor did they ever respond. Pathetic service with zero answer to phone calls, emails and a chat box which reads 'will reply immediately'.
At-least they should be sensitive to the message - its a pity
Refund of cash is requested - obviously when there is no delivery, cash has to be refunded as this is no charity.
