If I could a negative rating, i would. They are such cheats and scam artists. Someone should file a police complaint against them. Ordered a mug for mother's day. Not only did the the cup not arrive on the same day, it has been two weeks since then. Neither have they responded to any queries, neither have they responded to the cancellation requests.
