Fraud website, Pathetic customer service, Disappointing ordering experience
I unfortunately ordered last-minute rakhi hamper for my nephew in USA through this website while selecting the delivery date for 31-Aug-23. This delivery date selection enabled on the website is Fake as the package got delivered only today (08-Sep-23). Effectively, the whole purpose of gifting was defeated.
I will not be ordering through this website ever and would recommend others to desist ordering from Bloomsvilla.
