I had the most horrifying experience with Bloomsvilla. I selected some flowers, added my address and paid the amount. Once the money got deducted I got a notification saying that the address was not servicable and I had to give an alternate address. When I asked for refund, I was given a coupon!!!! What kind of fraud company is this? Pathetic!!! Also for the coupon, I had to follow up at least twice. Fraud!
